Return & Refund Policy

At DONNA FORTE we strive to give you the most gorgeous shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange and return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. 

So, we suggest when you open the package you make an unboxing video for submitting in case the product is damaged and upload the same on customer care Email ID.

And we have also laid down some rules for your convenience, and we hope you will read them before sending a complaint/request.

 

• Donna Forte is not responsible for any damage caused after the products are delivered.

• In case of any problem or quality issue or with the product or there’s a damaged product, you may contact us at customercare@biourgecosmetics.com, and we will see what we can do for you. You need to, however, email us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video attached to the email. We are always happy to assist you.

• Once your product order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

• Once the return package is received by our  team, we will conduct a quality check of the product and also validate the product weight. The exchange or replacement of the order will be processed within 48-72 hours once the quality and weight check is completed and you will be provided with the new product and informed via email.

• This item is eligible for free replacement or exchange once it reaches in an unopened, saleable condition in their original packaging & undamaged condition. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

 

Regardless of anything, there is nothing that we can’t solve when it comes to our beloved customers, new or loyal returning customers alike.
